Well, personally, my only real complaint is that the T-shirt, though size L, is a bit tight for me (I would say it's a size 12 and I needed a 14). As far as the request for the email and purchasing card goes, I believe this was done to stop the touts and eBay sellers from profiting from the gig. Think about it. It makes sense

The biggest issue here, is not that they have done it, but they they did not forewarn customers that they would be doing it.

Also, they changed the rules again, even after the confirmation email went out!

^Really? I didn't realise. Well they certainly relaxed the rules last night. A guy walked down past the queue and said if anyone didn't have a T-shirt they were to go to the box office. Huh
